Book Report Projects are due Friday. You can turn them in at any time!
MSI chaperones will be contacted by Wednesday. For now-if you volunteered-plan on coming. I might have one extra chaperone, and I'll check to see how that works. If you haven't already turned in your permission slip, please do so ASAP! Children will need a packed lunch on this day!
We are starting a unit on Fairy Tales this week. If you have any special fairy tale books at home, send them in with your child's name on it! This will culminate with a Fairy Tale Party on Thursday, December 20th .
The Winter Sing is on Wednesday, December 19th. There will be two performances. One around 8:30 and one at 9:45.
The Second Grade Girl Scouts are sponsoring a glove drive! Send in a clean pair of matching gloves!
Keep practicing telling time on analog clocks.
Today we found the median price for the meals that we planned. The price for a meal ranged from about $8.00-$62.00! The median was about $14.00. Let's just say that next time I need to save some money, I'm sending Sammy to the store. Maya was our big spender! (To be fair, she did buy a turkey dinner to feed 6, along with some extra sides.) Come on in and see the meals (and the costs).
